President, and Marketing & Publicity Chairman of the Matthews
Historical Foundation has been appointed the new Vice President of the
Charlotte Regional History Consortium for 2011/2012. The Organization
is comprised of approximately 60 History Foundations, Museums, and
State Historic Sites in 12 counties surrounding the Charlotte Metro
area. The Consortium is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and
interpreting the history of the Charlotte Region through cooperation
among the region’s history organizations and interest groups.
